There is a bug going around. If you or your child is sick or unwell please do not attend trials. Medical exemption requests are submitted directly to Sport North and must be accompanied by a doctor's note.

  • Kids Help Phone - 1-800-668-6868
    • If you are a young person, and you need someone to talk to, you can call the Kid’s Help Phone
    • Texting and online chat options are also available.
      • To text with counsellor, text the word CONNECT to 686868

  • BreathingRoom™
    • A free online program designed for youth and young adults who want to learn new ways to manage stress, depression, or anxiety. Available 24/7, it helps with negative thoughts, creating happiness, releasing hurt, anger, and disappointment, and expanding your thoughts and ideas.
  • PocketWell
    • The free app version of Wellness Together Canada, PocketWell(link is external), is now available with free and easy access. The app includes access to resources, information, and supports, including counselling via telephone and text chat for youth, adults, and specific options for frontline workers and Indigenous peoples. The app also includes a mood meter, self-assessments, personalized wellness trend tracker, and more!
